Microwave and millimeter waves:

  • AB Millimeter Vector Network Analyzer 70-500 GHz, plus waveguide, sources, detectors, isolators and filters for W, D and H bands.
  • Agilent ESA-E 9khz - 6.7 GHz spectrum analyzer with 1 Hz RBW
  • Hameg 1 GHz spectrum analyzer.
  • Phase Matrix EIP 575B source locking microwave frequency counter 10 MHz - 20 GHz. Phase Matrix EIP 545A frequency counter 10 Hz - 18 GHz.
